Remaining Life Assessment
Critical equipments, operating in facilities (power stations, refineries, chemical and Petro-chemical facilities etc.) are exposed to stress, cracks and fatigue due to rugged operating conditions and environmental conditions. Remaining life can be estimated by various test and examination methods in periodically scheduled controls and so by taking precautions any undesirable lost can be prevented. Replica Test
Replica test is applied on in-service pressure vessel, boiler, rotor, pipe-line, ship, all kind of material and welded structure for determination of the creep and fatigue condition. Test is applied by taking image of micro structure non-destructively and analysing, without blocking running of the equipment or facility. There is no need for cutting specimens. Necessary preparation is made with mobile devices.
